Things to remember in tough times "This too shall pass"

Every moment brings us to another one we have had tough times before we will have them again but they will pass as they always do "Where there is love there is no fear"

Love is the light of hope which will carry us through our darkest days. Open your heart to others and watch as the world changes.

"The difference between a weed and a flower is a judgment"

Give a child an empty box and he will live a hundred dreams with nothing but his imagination, learn to look at life differently.

"A window of opportunity may have closed but know a world of possibilities awaits you"

The definition of a possibility is an open mind and a willingness to try something different.

"There a many rivers which lead to the same ocean"

There is always another way to get to where you want to be open up your options by looking for stepping stones not fast lanes.

"Our greatest strength is often our weakness"

Never be afraid to be vulnerable and ask for help, pride is a badge only a fool wears.

Sometimes we have to let go of what was to embrace what is yet to come Holding onto to what might have been, thinking about the what if's prevents you from see the what could be Remember the things you take into the next life are those held in your heart not your house What matters is who stands beside you not what you stand on furniture will be replaced but friendships last a lifetime What matters is people not things because things don't give meaning to your life people do What matters is hugs, smiles, laughter, joy These are the things you will need to rebuild your life In tough times remember the light does not shine at the end of the tunnel it shines within and at any moment you can chose to shine

When one woman looks into the eyes of another she will always see herself reflected. As women we have a common bond which goes beyond colour religion or sexuality.
