  1. You cannot think 2 thoughts at once so if you are thinking happy thoughts you cannot be th
    inking sad, angry, miserable, jealous or grumpy ones.
  2. You cannot change someone else into being what you want them to be but you can change yourself into what you want to be.
  3. There is no point having a day planner if you have not got a life plan.
  4. If you add your angry words to another person's angry words you just get more angry words.
  5. Stepping into someone else's shoes simply means you don't feel big enough to fill your own.
  6. If you base your life on how you look chances are that's all anyone else is going to see
  7. Success is what makes you happy not what makes everyone else believes will make you happy
  8. Face lifts don't stop aging they just prevent wrinkles
  9. The measure of a human being is not what they carry in their wallets but how they carry themselves.
  10. Faith is knowing you are a small piece in a bigger picture.
  11. Love is letting go of expectations and embracing imperfections.
  12. A dream is a reality waiting to be revealed
  13. Enabling is keeping someone where they are so you feel needed empowering is lifting someone from where they are so they can meet their own needs.

When one woman looks into the eyes of another she will always see herself reflected. As women we have a common bond which goes beyond colour religion or sexuality.
